Azienda Agricola Giovanni Tuè. A FAMILY HISTORY
The history of this ambitious project dates back to early 1950s when grandfather Nino decided to dedicate to the cultivation of vegetables. Passion and love for the land, and respect for the original crops of the Val di Noto have always been the driving force of Azienda Agricola Tuè, situated in the luxuriant plain of San Paolo, in the province of Syracuse, just a few steps from the historic Villa del Tellaro, and immersed in the wonderful nature surrounding Vendicari Oasis.
After returning from the military service, Nino’s son Giovanni decided to continue the family business showing grat commitment and passion and opening up to innovation. Since 2008 the farm has converted to the organic production method, obtaining the relevant certification for the production and packaging of the “Carota Novella di Ispica” PGI (Protected Geocraphical Indication), while the whole cultivation, production and packaging process meets the quality standards of the GLOBAL G.A.P: (Good Agricultural Practice).
Today Nino may rely on the help of his daughters Agnese, Stefania, Grazia, and the young Martina, which are the most precious fruits of Tuè.
Love and a passion are handed down with the same intensity to offer only the best products of the land.
